Abstract

Scientific and technical assistance to designers of structures in complex hydrogeological conditions of construction requires solving the problems of ensuring their operational reliability, maximizing the efficiency of capital investments, improving the methods of their calculation. This task is a topical issue in geotechnics.

In order to design reliably, you need to know the actual load-bearing capacity of the foundation structure. The lack of this data causes the designer to enter in the calculations due to the measured strength reserves, which leads to unreasonable price increase of the projected structure.

In the work on the numerical method of boundary elements (MGE) from the standpoint of mechanics of dispersed elastic-plastic medium, the presentation of the prediction of the bearing capacity of the base plate of a 16-storey residential building is presented.
