Abstract

It is confirmed that the ecological state of the environment in Ukraine is one of the most acute socio-economic problems, and pollution of water ecosystems is a huge danger for future generations. The relevance of scientific research in the field of sludge wastewater treatment of communal enterprises is highlighted. The necessity of development of resource-saving technology for waste utilization of communal enterprises for solving important ecological and social problems of regions of Ukraine has been confirmed. The results of theoretical studies of sludge sludge processing technologies are presented and the most promising ones are noted. The study of physical and chemical characteristics of sewage sludge of communal enterprises of the regions of Ukraine was performed, chemical composition of products of pyrolysis processing of sludge sediments and their physical parameters were studied. The processes of utilization of dehydrated sediments by processing of sediment masses by pyrolysis are analyzed. New recipe parameters of building mixtures for use as a modifying additive of ash of slimes, as products of pyrolysis processing of dehydrated sludge sediments of sewage of communal enterprises of Vinnitsa region are offered. The component components of raw mixtures for the production of samples-models of building products have been developed, a program of scientific research has been proposed. An analysis of the results of experimental research on the use of products of pyrolytic treatment of waste as a filler of building mixtures on organic binder in the composition of asphalt concrete. The indexes of physical and chemical parameters of sediment ash are established and the feasibility of using pyrolysis products as additives in building mixtures is substantiated. The warehouses of building solutions with the use of products of pyrolysis of sewage sludge processing as modifying additives are offered. Experimental studies of the physical and mechanical properties of samples-models of construction products made on the basis of mineral binders have confirmed the possibility of using ash residues of sediments in building mixtures. The necessity of conducting the full complex of physical and chemical researches of products of pyrolysis processing of sludge sediments for the establishment of clear indicators of chemical composition of ash is indicated. The prospect of a new direction of scientific research on the utilization of harmful substances of anthropogenic origin and the receipt of a new variety of chemical additives for building mixtures is noted.
