In connection with the increase of technical possibilities of human influence on the environment in recent years, special interest in applied science was given to the theory of processes of deformation and destruction of the dispersed soil environment, the formulation of initial physical representations, and their writing in the form of mathematical equations.
Modern construction requires the solution of a number of problems in the field of foundation engineering. One of them is the creation of reliable, scientifically-based methods for calculating settling of foundation structures that transfer the load from the structure to the soil of the foundation.
In the paper, we consider the fundamental static problem of plasticity in determining the VAT of a drill of a packing pile on the imposed external loading process. In order to increase the accuracy and reliability of the calculations of the stress-deformed state of the drill bit, the elasticity theory, the theory of plasticity, the numerical method of the limiting elements, and the dilation theory of the soil environment are used, since the dilatation effects are manifested between the strengths and elasticity of the soil, both during strengthening and at the leveling up to the level of residual strength.
Complete deformations of the dispersed soil environment consisted of two components - inverse (elastic) and irreversible. To determine the increment of deformation plates, the non-associative law of the plastic flow is used.
In work on the basis of generalization of the accumulated data are considered possible ways of further development of the problem in general from the point of view of physics and nature of the phenomena of soil bases.
