Abstract

The analysis of the transport scheme of the city of Vinnytsia is carried out. A number of organizational and planning
measures are proposed that will facilitate the unloading of the road network and increase the comfort of the inhabitants of
the city of Vinnytsia, large and medium-sized cities in general.
A new scheme of traffic flow is proposed, the essence of which is to reduce traffic flow in residential areas of the city
due to restrictions on entry into their territory of transit traffic flows that provide transport correspondence of non-border
areas that will reduce the burden on the district road network and improve indicators of living accommodation of
residential areas.
In order to increase safety on the main street network of the city, it is proposed to exclude the presence of pedestrian
traffic on it.
