Abstract

In this article, the essence and main characteristics of the architectural and planning structure of the inner yard space
of multistory and medium-level residential development on the example of Ukrainian cities were explored and developed
recommendations, proposals for improvement of the yard space. Analyzed the main functional zones of the territories of
the courtyards. Investigated the algorithm for designing the architectural and planning structure of the inner courtyard
space. To conduct analysis and evaluation according to the types of courtyard areas of the city of Ukraine.
The basic means of formation of the architectural environment of open spaces of a residential area as a continuous
system of spatial situations are determined.
