АНАЛІЗ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ЕНЕРГОРЕСУРСІВ У ЖИТЛОВО-КОМУНАЛЬНОМУ ГОСПОДАРСТВІ

Abstract

In Ukraine there is a low efficiency of energy resources usage in housing and public utility sector, the maximum spendings fall at the consumption period. In the meantime, the energy saving potential reaches approximately 30 % of the present level of energy resources consumption in housing and public utility sector. This article considers reasons and problems of the low development of the government policy in energy efficiency, and offers the ways of their solution.
