DETERMINATION OF THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF BUILDING STRUCTURES WITHIN THE COVERAGE A NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

Abstract

A methodology for studying the technical condition of building structures that have been damaged as a result of force and temperature (climatic) influences due to the difference in ambient temperatures has been given.

A non-residential building is a detached four-storey building of rectangular shape in plan. The building was designed as a production building of a machine-building plant.

Structurally, the building is a frame system made of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures according to the II-20 series.

The purpose of the work was to inspect the load-bearing building structures of the walls and roof of the building, in which cracks appeared during operation in the places where steel structures adjoined brick walls and in brick walls at the level of the coating, as well as their technical condition was determined.

To solve the problem, a set of works was carried out, which included the analysis of the available design, executive and operational documentation, preliminary inspection of the object of inspection, visual inspection of building structures, instrumental inspection of building structures (measurement of geometric parameters of the building and structural elements), analysis of the results of visual and instrumental inspection of the above-defined building structures, performance of verification calculations, preparation of a conclusion on the technical condition of building structures of the building covering and the possibility of further operation, as well as technical documentation for strengthening the structures was developed.

Calculations of coating structures were carried out using the modern LIRA computing complex, including uniform heating of metal at a temperature of 40 ° C.. Based on the results of the calculations, conclusions were made and a project for strengthening structures and recommendations for further operation were developed.
