Abstract

The classification of factors of influence on the rational choice of energy-saving coating is developed. A mathematical apparatus was used to predict the energy efficiency of the coating. It is based on the theory of fuzzy logic. Models of making structural and technological decisions on the choice of energy saving roof at different stages of investment activity in construction are developed. The offered hierarchical system of mathematical models allows to choose an energy-saving roof depending on the influence of natural-geographical, architectural-planning and engineering-technological parameters of a construction object on the basis of fuzzy logical expressions "IF THAT". Levels of linguistic variables were evaluated. They link the factors of influence. By dephasing the output indicators, a fuzzy logical conclusion is converted into a quantitative value. The quantitative value corresponds to the predicted value of the energy efficient roof.
