Abstract

The model of waveforms in solid deformed and capillary-porous bodies in the presence of plastic flow in them is grounded in the work. It has been shown that the self-organization of relaxation processes occurring in deformed solids and capillary-porous bodies at stress concentrators can lead to the occurrence of self-waves, which can be observed as shear waves. In the initial stages of deformation of stable synchronization of elementary acts of plastic deformation does not occur, so most clearly the waves of deformation are observed in the area of strengthening of the deformation curve. In materials that have a sharp boundary of fluidity, the transition to a correlated flow of relaxation processes occurs by moving Chernova-Luders bands. The rotational component of the deformation, which reaches a maximum at the front of the strip, plays a special role. Accomodation turns synchronize the work of stress concentrators in different grains / pores of the body or at the borders of the latter, creating the conditions for the formation of auto-deformation waves.
