The report presents an analysis of thermal energy efficiency at Barlinek-Invest LLC. The analysis of heat consumption for production needs, heating and ventilation and heat generation for the warm and cold periods.
Barlinek Group is a leading global manufacturer of multilayer wood floors with an annual production capacity of more than 12 million m2. The most important product of the commercial offer is Barlinek parquet board - a multilayer floor made from the best types of wood from European and exotic species. The buildings of the department for the manufacture of fuel pellets and the woodworking workshop are characterized by the lack of compensation of aspiration air by supply ventilation and insufficient heating equipment, which leads to a decrease in the internal temperature in them.
The total heat consumption capacity in the current state for the cold period is 21.05 MW, that is, the existing heat capacity of the boiler house, which is 18.4 MW, is not enough.
