Abstract

Stages of the implementation of energy saving projects are given in accordance with and in the sequence provided
by the standards. The payback period of various options for energy efficient projects is calculated. The sources of
financing of these projects for the inhabitants of multi-apartment buildings are given, taking into account their income.
Classification of indicators of evaluation of the financial mechanism of the energy-saving project is systematized. The
method of estimation of influence factors on the choice of the financial mechanism of an energy saving project on the
basis of the fuzzy logic apparatus, which takes into account quantitative and qualitative factors of influence on
managerial decisions, is developed. This technique allows you to adopt an optimal organizational and economic solution
with a limited amount of actual data.
