Abstract

In the article the results of housing construction in Kazakhstan, analogies solve this problem in Ukraine. The condition of housing and construction industry, to its main trends and developments, the place of industry in overall development. Investigated as modern, energy-efficient architectural and construction decisions and practice of construction in this country. On the basis of generalized experience of other countries are given recommendations on optimization solutions to housing problems.
