OPERATING COST OF BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION

Abstract

The article describes the operational requirements of buildings, their cost. The lifetime of construction from the conditions of operation is described. The term of service of buildings depending on conditions of operation is presented. The classification of mistakes, which are most often encountered at different stages of construction, is given. Investigated price policy for certain types of work. The requirements are presented to the buildings of the draft from the adopted bulk-planning and constructive solutions, which provide for minimum maintenance and repair costs for structures and engineering systems. The percentage of private construction cost correction is deduced from the total project cost estimate.
