Abstract

This paper analyzes design solutions of houseboats as elements of the district, the way of correct composition for the construction, advantages and disadvantages of houseboats from the point of view of the city, the people and the environment. Examines elements of floating blocks, their compositional role in the urban structure. Shows an example of a floating block, its features, idea of creation and place in the urban system that is. Reviewed system security houseboats communications when landline and mobile form. The data on environmental safety of floating houses for the urban area. Diagrams of the locations of houseboats quarterly development.
