The model of shallow monolithic foundation with common reference pad on a " swallow tail", which is designed for reinforced concrete walls with a spacing of the soil, which is able to maintain vertical and inclined surfaces form the walls. The technology placement, the economic benefits of their use, and basic approaches determine the bearing capacity of this type of foundation.
