Abstract

One of substantial constituents of reduction of prime price of making of bituminous concrete mixture is application of energy-saving technologies at her making. It is set that middle energy consumption on bituminous concrete plants are approximately 0,40 GJ/t. Such considerable energy consumption depend on the imperfect heating system of technological equipment that assumes the severe losses of thermal energy during realization of technological process. In addition, it is set that the increase of the energy efficiency technological process can be attained due to reduction of initial humidity of making ingredients of bituminous concrete mixture. Application of thermal imaging method is offered for realization of energy audit and establishment of the real picture of current situation with an energy consumption on an enterprise, that allows to educe priority directions for further work on an energy-savings.
