The article examines the historical development trends and peculiarities of architectural monument of national importance in the XIX century – palace in the u.v. Dashiv in Illinetskiy district, Vinnitsa region. Considered the questions of the features of its architectural design. The Palace is a bright representative of late-classical architecture on the eastern skirts. Sets out historical information regarding this property. Describes the structure of the planning, decision facades and interiors of the palace. Analyzed and justified the need for further restoration of the architectural ensemble of the Vinnytsia region for storage and use of the palace.
