SAVING RECONSTRUCTION OF HOUSING SECTION OBSOLETE SERIES

Abstract

Study of legislative acts of Ukraine on energy-saving housing made of a comprehensive
assessment. We give the problematic issues related to increasing energy efficiency in the reconstruction
of housing. Methods for reducing energy consumption during the reconstruction of housing stock from
natural renewable sources of energy. The different methods of thermal protection of buildings, depending
on the technical and economic indicators of housing. The ways of solving the problem of energy efficiency
and energy use in the residential sector mass five-story building.
