ENSURING SEISMIC SAFETY OF LARGE-PANEL HOUSES SERIES 121К IN THE CITY OF KERCH

Abstract

The article identified the ways and methods of ensuring seismic safety and prolongation terms of operation built, Kerch panel 5-, 9-, 10-storey residential buildings series 121К and recommendations on the implementation of the considered measures. The analysis of experience to improve the seismic resistance of residential buildings without the resettlement of the population that was conducted in Western Europe, Russia, Georgia, Armenia. In particular, the process of reanimation of old five-story building in Moscow and reconstruction of largepanel residential building in Tbilisi. Lists the contents and sequence of stages of the program to ensure compliance of the seismic safety of residential houses in the new standards.
