EFFECTIVE FILLER FOR POROUS CONCRETE

Abstract

The prospects of production of cellular concrete and use walling products of porous structure for the construction of buildings are considered in article. Actuality introduction of resource-saving technologies in industrial enterprises of building materials and products is proved. Scientific hypothesis formulated using a complex method of mechano-chemical activation of fly ash removal for efficient filler that will provide cost savings of Portland will still get gains strength by 15 %. It is assumed that the developed technology of man-made waste will be used for production of walling products made of cellular concrete. The modified filler (MF) through the destruction of its particle surfaces will reduce precipitation array and it will increase the coefficient of structural quality construction products with porous structure.
