TECHNOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF MANUFACTURING POROUS COMPOUNDS DRY MIXES

Abstract

In the article soundly the relevance of develop composition of dry construction mix of porous structure as new modern insulating materials. Described the method producing porous mortar mix based on dry construction mix using liquid foamer and described the basic properties of the compositions. Reviewed the main problems of making dry foamer from liquid concentrate. Described the main technological features of production of porous dry construction mix for warm plasters and floors based on ordinary dense aggregates and fillers such as silica sand, clay, carbonate sand. Described prospect of making effective foam which made without autoclave based on dry mixes.
