Prospects of development of housing building: economic and social aspect

Abstract

In the article were discovered modern tendencies of housing building in Ukraine and in the world. Also were determined prospects of development of the mortgage housing crediting in Ukraine. It was set that housing building development is ponderable pre-condition of increasing of birth-rate level.
