Abstract

In the article a search and comparison of different charts of management and adjusting of legal relations apartment houses is resulted between the proprietors of general property. The variants charts are described, advantages and lacks of creation of kondominiumiv are shown as an organizational form of ob''ednannya house owners, legal aspects and normative base of this question are reflected, the proper conclusions are done.
