Abstract

The urgency of the problem is in maintaining the architectural heritage of cities and villages. The problem is that the restoration of monuments do not fit professionally, without the necessary documents agreed with the relevant local authorities, work is performed by specialized repair and restoration shop, not specially trained workers who perform this work, and not professional restoration material.
