Abstract

According to scientific and technical works, statistical data are analyzed i. e.: the period of construction of the first industrial mass model buildings; their types and design solutions; the problems of housing the citizens; the experience of other states with regard to the buildings of the type; also the author’s point of view concerning the prospects of such buildings in future is presented.
